By using the site you agree to this policy. Note: our emails and billing may come from the dynatax.ai domain (DynaTax AI Inc., JotGuru's parent company).

• Information you give us: your email address, a link to or description of your code repository/app, the tools you built with, and anything you send us by email or on a call.
• Booking information: when you book a call, your name, email, and scheduling details are processed by Google Calendar.
• Usage data: standard analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, collected to understand and improve the site.

2. How we use your information

• To perform the free production-readiness scan you request and send you the report.
• To respond to you, schedule calls, and provide quotes and services.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and offering.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your code and repositories

If you share a repository, we access it on a read-only basis solely to assess it. We do not execute your code blind, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request. We retain only what we need to deliver your scan and any services you engage.

4. Service providers we use

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the site, each governed by their own privacy terms:

• Formspree — receives and forwards your scan-form submissions.
• Google (Calendar / Workspace) — call bookings and email.
• Stripe — payment processing (we never store your full card details).
• Our hosting/analytics provider — serving the site and aggregate usage stats.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
